RETURNS POLICY

If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to return the items for a Store Credit, as we don't offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect sizing. If you used a discount code for your purchase, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (excluding the discount). Store Credits are valid for up to 12 months and can be applied to any item(s) on our website.

- Items will only be accepted if returned in their original condition, with tags attached: unworn, unwashed, without perfume or makeup, and free from fake tan.

- Customers are responsible for the postage cost when sending the item back to us.

- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds are available for sale items unless they are defective or faulty.

- Please note: We do not accept returns for fake tan, lingerie, socks, or earrings unless they are defective or faulty.

- All clothing and swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear; returns will not be accepted if the seal is removed, unless the item is defective.

- We recommend using a trackable delivery method for all returns to ensure the items reach us safely. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to parcels during the return process.

- Items that do not meet the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted, and the customer will receive notification.
